Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
A benchmark standard (usually technical) specified in a Contract that is to be achieved or maintained by a party to that Contract. A Contractor's remuneration and bonuses may also be calculated by reference to KPIs.
Key Personnel
The main supervisory and administrative employees nominated by a Contractor to be engaged for the Works.
